Rehomed Dude-aletta! He will be missed.

Today we rehomed our surprise cockerel, Dude-aletta, formerly Chickaletta! He was a good boy, but roosters aren’t allowed in our neighborhood and I have small children I want to protect.

He recently learned to crow and did a good job of it lol. He also would try to herd me around. He didn’t do anything aggressive so it was nice to have him for the months we did. And he was a very handsome guy!

Enjoy these pictures of him. He’s gone to my friends who didn’t get as many cockerels as they wanted this year! So it was a good trade. May your posterity be many, Dude-aletta!
