So i believe i have 2 roosters and i am hoping one hen.

The solid black olive egger is definitely a rooster.
The lighter headed easter egger i believe is also a rooster.
But the darker headed easter egg is the one i am hoping is a hen.

What do yall think?

The darker-headed EE could certainly be female, I don't see any particularly glaring signs of maleness yet. Time will tell. The other two I would say are definitely roosters.

I agree with you about the other 2 being cockerels. The dark headed one... I'm not seeing male specific coloring or feather shaping so possibly a pullet. However, it could also be a slower developing cockerel if the other ones are more dominant. Do you see any reddish feathers on the wing/shoulders? Sometimes it's hard to tell in photos and can be subtle. Red/rust would be a male specific color on the EE.
