I would want to be sure his esophagus isn't blocked. Can you palpate the grape in his crop? If he swallowed it whole, you should be able to.

hes just sleeping on my lap right now, easily awoken but still idk why he is so so sleepy. maybe it doesn't have to do with choking on the grape. Hes making cute sweet whistles at me still

It wasn't a whole, more like a half that he shoved down, his esopagus feels empty and his crop is full. He is able to eat other foods.

watery, and greenish the last one I saw. but this morning was normal

Is he normally outside with other chickens? Put your ear to his mouth and listen to him breathing, does it sound normal or like a whistle sound? Is his crop feel normal or hard or air filled? What part of the world are you in? Has he been out on wet ground? Sorry for all the questions, but there are a few diff things that could be wrong
