Adult chicken with a splay leg?

I tried to google but didn't have much luck so I decided to post here to ask from experienced chicken keepers. I have a two week old chick who had a lot of complications while hatching and I ended up helping it out of the egg. I managed to correct its curled toes but soon it developed a splay leg. TBH I'm not experienced so I'm not sure if it is a splay leg or there's something wrong with the joints, hip etc? It walked weirdly from the start and I'm not able to correct the leg. Now it stays mostly flat on the ground while hopping on using the good leg. It eats and drinks fine, maybe a slightly smaller than the rest but not noticeably, so I don't rush to cull it yet.
Here comes my question.. I couldn't find much info about adult chickens with a splay leg. Will they be able to live with the rest of the flock? Can they roost? Do they need extra care? I would love to hear from your experiences.

I would still try a couple more things to correct it, as that could change its life.

Perhaps it's got a slipped tendon. This is a great article about someone who fixed their chick. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...and-caring-for-the-special-needs-chick.72163/

This one might be helpful too, but you might already have tried this. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/splay-leg-and-spraddle-leg-treatment.78240/

B-complex vitamin can also help especially while you're doing therapy on it. For one that age, 1/4 of an adult B-complex pill, or 1/4 eyedropper if the liquid.

Thank you for your advice! Those articles only confirmed my biggest fear that I might be too late to fix things. I'll give it another try as I really want it to have a normal life among the other chickens. I don't have much hope for the success but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
