Adult rooster sick

For a couple months I noticed my rooster's voice has changed and sitting down more often but still acting normal. This week I noticed he was doing much worse. His legs are shaking can't even hold himself up, lost weight, head shaking, I found him laying outside the coop cause he couldn't go up the ladder. I have him and 4 other hens and the hens are normal and healthy (maybe even a bit chunky). I quarantine him 3 days ago and he literally laid on his side shaking. But he is a bit better he is able to stand for a min but most of the time he is sitting down inside a dog crate. Eating and pooping minimally, poop consist of one small kibble and yellow water (I did give him rooster booster in the water, which is yellow). His comb and wattle is still pretty red but it has became a bit paler and dryer since I quarantine him. I used some diatomaceous earth on him thinking he has lice but he still acting the same.
