Affordable/Alternative source for Replacement Parts for GQF?

I am going to be troubleshooting a GQF incubator this wk and have no clue what I'm doing or how to trouble shoot it, honestly. I will have to research and order parts as somewhat "educated" guesses really. I've been looking at GQFs site and prices for various parts and while most of them are affordable, with me knowing I'm shooting in the dark, I'm wondering if there is any where else I can go to find replacement parts that are both cheaper AND of good sounds quality?

Will definitely need new wafers, possibly the timer thing for the automatic turner, thermometer/hygrometer and possibly more. Also interested in hatching tray and some way to separate eggs in the hatchery prior to wing banding so they don't get mixed up....

Any suggestions?
