This is my first time trying to incubate eggs from my 9 month old hens. I put 30 eggs (collected over a week) in the incubator the same way I stored them beforehand--pointy end down. I just tried to candle them and it appears that the majority of them have air sacs at the pointy end. And I can see veins in only one so far. What is happening and should I toss them? I did a bunch of research and the only thing I can figure I did wrong was storing them in warmer than 50* (no place in my tiny home to do that) Would that have ruined them? TIA EDIT-----cant figure out how to delete this post. Figured out it was not the air sac just didnt know what I was looking at never having done it before. And got a better light for candling so have more positive results (so far). Thanks!
