I have some rather unfortunate news.

We lost one of the bb red cocks last night/early this morning.
I think he passed of old age.

Here he is, R.I.P buddy. You were a good boy.

I just lost one of my hens who was 7. It’s bittersweet losing an old one, because you’re sad to see them go, but happy they lived so long.

It really is, but being a farmer I give my birds the best life they possibly can, so I know if he was thinking back on his chicken life with me, he was thinking it was a good one.
