Alternatives to shelf liner for lock down

Hello all! I'm using an incubator for the first time, and today is lock down day. However, despite going to every grocery and homegoods store in our area over the past week, I haven't been able to find rubberized shelf-liner anywhere! It's the strangest thing. I've used it before for young chicks in brooders, but can't find it anywhere anymore. Any suggestions for an alternative?

Did you try the dollar store? That’s where I got mine. I bought them clean out.

I have also hatched without any liner at all. No problems.

I did- nothing! They're usually my go-to for that. I'm stumped.

If you have an old time meat department in your neighborhood they may just have what your looking for - self service meat cases generally have a rubberized mesh shelf liner - it enhances overall appearance, cleanliness and keeps the packages from sliding off the shelves, I'm sure they will have no problem giving you a piece sufficient for your project.
