Ameraucana Rooster? Want to confirm before re-homing

Hi All, out of my seven guaranteed hens I've had one death, one rooster, and now it looks like another rooster. This Lavender Ameraucana is a sweet and friendly bird and I'd hate to see "her" go, but to me she looks like a he, and the voice is starting to sound a bit manly as well. The wonderful friends that took Donald are willing to give Rhaegar a home. These birds aren't as easy to sex, but there seems to be some telltale signs to me. So, is she a he? Thank you!

Yeah, with the pea combs and thick feathers they can be harder to sex than many breeds, but that is a boy. It's not so much the comb and wattles, the upright posture and body shape are strong clues. But what seals it for me are the saddle and hackle feathers.
 
S/he will be 12 weeks on Monday. The feathers and attitude/personality are to me what's giving it away. Not a great picture, but this is my black one:
