how's everyone doing
Your characters are always so full of detail and their expressions are so good. 😩💙

If I ever get the chance to, could I draw fanart of Ice Kid? Or any of your characters? They look so fun to draw. 😭💙

My next project, a bit ambitious maybe, but we’ll see! Stay tuned for updates.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I have little rubber bands on my pencils, so I can more easily tell which ones they are. I have a set, and they all look the same except for teeny tiny letters near the top that tell the hardness of the graphite. I don’t want to rummage in my pencil box for just the right one when I have a great idea that just needs to be drawn immediately, so I came up with a solution.

Beautiful
how's everyone doing
Wow, they have changed a lot
Also, Rose Quartz is such a beautiful character

Love

You create from love. It is an overflowing love that seeps out of your heart and into all you create. You couldn't possibly contain it inside yourself, and so you dedicate yourself to depicting it through everything you make. Your art is a celebration of what you cherish most, a loving tribute to everything that captivates you. There are things too wonderful to be appreciated in silence, and so you sing of your love time and time again. You are determined not to let your vast love go unnoticed or forgotten. That's why your work is a declaration of affection, an expression of fondness for everything that makes your life worth living.
Honestly, that's valid. I definitely draw fan art to express love for the things I like, and I draw chickens a lot. I do draw a lot of happy pictures because I draw what makes me happy.
The main energy I seek to emulate, however, is this picture I found hanging in a preschool classroom:

(yes, I did play oboe throughout middle and high school)

As much as I draw joy, I love to draw second-hand embarassment. I like to draw characters in funny, uncomfortable situations.
be it being told off by your girlfriend

or telling off a commander twice your size in front of a few hundred of his men (men not pictured)

My friends, I draw out of mirth and the emotion that inspires laughter. I draw out of fury that I am the only one who pictures Sam Gamgee like this!!

I draw the standards of perfection and I strive for accuracy, drawing up the mental image that the words conjure, drawing pure imagination!!

Probably not as pretty as drawing with love, but still a good reason to create. 🙏
