Any clue what kind of chicken

We found this chicken in our tree. Could anyone tell me what kind of chicken it is and make sure that it is a hen and not a rooster and maybe how old it might be

Splash Ameracauna pullet or hen (depends on the age but she looks older than one year so probably a hen). I agree with the idea that she may be lost, Ameracaunas are kind of hard to come by now because of the popularity of Easter Eggers. I would doubt that she does not have a good home.
 
Thank you for all your advice. There is no one around us that has any chickens, but I am keeping my eye out for her home. Thank you again for your advice and letting me know what kind of chicken she is. I am not sure on the age, but we will look to see if she will lay any eggs or not

Like I said, she could be a pullet (under a year old) but she looks a bit too mature for that so likely a hen (over a year old). Hens lay eggs all of their life, they just have a rapid decrease in production after two years, and after four years they sparingly lay. Your chicken looks to be young. If I had to guess I would say anywhere from one year to two years.
