That sounds great! I love curry but just hadn't thought of using rabbit.One thing we used to enjoy when we raised meat rabbits was curry. We'd put the rabbit meat in a slow cooker with onions, peppers and lots of curry powder and let it all simmer, then add some tomato wedges around the last 30 minutes of cooking. Served over rice, wow, was that good!

I just made a pot of mulligatawny stew with a rabbit I had to process unexpectedly (a 10 week old). Hot mulligatawny stew on rice...it really works for this time of year.
