Beautiful. As requested here is my Daughters Energy Protein Balls: 1/2 cup Natural just peanuts peanut butter
1/3 cup honey. 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds,1 scoop protein powder, 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 cup mini chocolatee chips, 1 tsp extract your choice (vanilla,almond,orange) 3 Tablespoons wheat germ, 1 or 2 chopped dates, little cinnamon...mix well and refrigerate l hour. Then roll size you like. If they do not roll and stay together well...add more peanut butter or honey. Aria
I am no longer a fan of peanut butter since one of my friends told me, they put insect protein ( if it says a certain kind of fat) in it 🤢 can I use cashew or almond butter? I make it myself so I know what is in it!

Anything made from any kind of nuts that you didn't process yourself may contain insect parts, mouse or rat hairs and droppings. If you read the allowable specs for hot dogs or any processed meats, you may be shocked.
 
Ahhh! That sounds lovely.
It's hot enough now that I turned on the swamp cooler. Been out picking some of the pumpkins.
