Welcome!Hello there! I don't think I've been in this thread before. I've dabbled in baking and cooking, and I greatly enjoy it! About two years ago I found out I am intolerant to gluten, so it has been a fun journey figuring out how to live gluten free. I am a young adult, just got married this month and moved from Ohio to Wyoming, and I hope I can pick back up with my escapades relatively soon! The latest thing I made were quiche egg muffins. Very good, I overhauled a recipe I found online. My husband had 60 eggs to get rid of! I used 30 and he's been eating the rest.
Eggs, spices, potato shreds, peppers, and cheese. Super tasty and great for a quick microwave breakfast!
Ooh, that all sounds very tasty. Thanksgiving prep I am assuming, of course! There are much better bakers and cooks in my family than I, so I never really took on a roll in Thanksgiving food prep. This year we are having it with the Greeks from my husband's Orthodox church, and I am certainly looking forward to some Greek food.I will dry brine the turkey, Start overnight cinnamon rolls and bake a chocolate pecan pie.
What a treasure trove, thanks!Welcome!
