Any Home Bakers Here?

Did my 2/3 christmas baking ( first time was for secret santa)

Gingerbread cookies without ginger šŸ˜… I like ginger, but not in my cookies

Regular Christmas cookies, usually, I would decorate them more, but they are for my father-in-law and even though he canā€™t see a lot, he likes simple, cookies are a bit darker cos I use 50% whole wheat flour
 
I had something weird happen to my dough yesterday, made a regular sd dough for 2 breads, separated it in 2 bowls as usual to let it rise overnight, the next morning, one was ok, the other one hadnā€™t risen at all šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« so, baked the one that was ok, took the other one in the kitchen to rise, after 8 hrs, still NOTHING šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I added some yeast and baked it, butā€¦ did something like that ever happen to anyone of you šŸ¤”
I assume that you have used different bowls?
