Any Home Bakers Here?

Baked a loaf and dinner rolls yesterday. Family hid the evidence of the rolls.

I don't think I can get those mushrooms here. Just white button and portabella. But it sounds good, Jared.

Actually, the easiest way to get a hold of those mushrooms is to grow them yourself. There’s a website that sells everything you need.

I’m actually just getting started growing mushrooms myself. I’m currently waiting on some spores for Lions mane mushrooms.

1 tsp kosher salt
2 - 3 tsp sugar OR Truvia OR 1 Tbsp honey
●Mix well

When dry ingredients are mixed, add:
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c warm water and
The yeast mixture
●Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes or until dough pulls away from sides of bowl and forms a ball.

●Place dough in oiled bowl, turn over to grease top, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm area 1 hr or till doubled.

●Punch down, form into loaves, dinner rolls or braid,* cover with plastic wrap, let rise in warm area 45 minutes.** Brush with egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tsp water) and bake at 375°.
