I wasn’t supposed to make bread for another week at least. That lasted from dinner last night to about an hour ago.
I'm making the focaccia in the stand mixer this time. I have the mixer dust cover on, and I’m just flipping the switch through the material. I am using the flat blade since it’s a wet dough.
Okay, shutting up now.
