Any Home Bakers Here?

Morning everyone. Guess I need to stay on top of this thread daily, I fall behind, lol. Yesterday was my family friend's wedding and instead of a cake they did doughnuts.. genius!

Want to do some sort of baking today.. though it'll be hot outside.

Hey, there! Was wondering what people may be planning for dessert for Father's Day. Just one week away! The main meal, I'll figure out later, but my focus is on the best part--- dessert!

I'm thinking of banana-cream pie (a favorite of my DH) and either peanut butter pie or key-lime pie (a fav of my Dad).

Excellent! I don't know if solar cooking would work here in Michigan. I would certainly try it if it does.
Should work as long as you don't mind being flexible on what you eat on any given day. Things that take a lot of heat, sunny days. Things that cook at lower temps, partly sunny days. All other meals you eat cold ;)

I was putting coins in a coinstar machine when I found it.
So you have NO idea where you picked it up. Fascinating find.
