Any Home Bakers Here?

Made some fig walnut sd bread yesterday ( half is already gone 😅) a friend of mine gave me some sd I had given her years ago, one of them was really not active, so I switched it to spelt flour, now it is very bubbly 😅

Did you use fresh figs or dry figs?
 
Baking is halted for me since I have too much junk food.
Okay, I spoke too soon. I am making apple cinnamon rolls (“with the cream cheese in the middle!” as instructed), and more biscuits using yogurt.
Here is my breakfast.
