Any Home Bakers Here?

Good morning Home Bakers had a low blood sugar on DH this morning new wrinkle he only had them at night before. I have a bottle of frosting got some in him. By the time medics got here I had cooked a egg to keep the blood sugar up.
Oh Penny Jo that’s very scary! I do hope he can get stabilized.
 
I received more compliments on my pizza today. I feel all warm and fuzzy. 🥰

My milk has been spoiling early lately. This time, it was a whole gallon and a half. I dumped the first half gallon, but simply could not dump the whole gallon when I found it bad too.

Today I tried to not eat my ricotta (some “fell” onto crackers last night) so I can make lasagna tomorrow. IMG_8030.jpeg
I am so glad I remembered spoilt milk could be used several ways. A quart of whey is in the fridge. After making crumpets, cookies and dried pineapples today, plus other women’s work, I am ready for a shower and bed. Bread and other baking has to wait until tomorrow.
