Temperatures are going down! Fall is in the Air!

It is time go get baking?

Did do bit research about a gourd in my garden.
Bit elongated, smaller white and bumpy.
Will save seeds.

It’s warm down south. Rainy, but warm. I enjoyed my coffee in the pouring rain, and only took shelter when the lightning began. Only because the crutches are metal though.

Speaking of the cold, I have something to show you all. I picked up a new kitchen gadget for icemaking, and this one is scary in regards to how good it is and what it makes.

I made an almost perfectly clear ice skull!

I use to bake and cook all the time. I loved making fresh bread. My favorite is potatoe bread.

I developed severe arthritis in my back and hips. Standing and moving around are painful.
Hubby is planning to add some counters to the kitchen that are open underneath so I can use a rolling chair to move around and work from.

I hope to get set up better so I can start preparing meals and other goodies.

If any one has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

I would suggest before putting the counters in, you figure out what level you want them, that way you’re not unscrewing and rescrewing in a different spot trying to find the right level.

What about your sink? Is there space underneath that? I know there are sinks designed for this somewhere.

I am going with the same height as my other surfaces. I found a hair on Amazon that adjusts to the height I need.
Hubby currently does the cooking and cleaning once I can take over the cooking he will just do clean up. He I'd fine with the arrangement.
