Any Home Bakers Here?

I am going with the same height as my other surfaces. I found a hair on Amazon that adjusts to the height I need.
Hubby currently does the cooking and cleaning once I can take over the cooking he will just do clean up. He I'd fine with the arrangement.

Thank-you for the welcome. I look forward to trying some of your recipes.

No problem. Glad to have you with us.

There’s a very big index of recipes on the first post of this thread I think. I have some recipes in there, if you’re interested. Everyone else has recipes in there as well.

I use to bake and cook all the time. I loved making fresh bread. My favorite is potatoe bread.

I developed severe arthritis in my back and hips. Standing and moving around are painful.
Hubby is planning to add some counters to the kitchen that are open underneath so I can use a rolling chair to move around and work from.

I hope to get set up better so I can start preparing meals and other goodies.

If any one has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Have a blessed day.

Maybe an island low enough to use your stool and prepare foods.

Welcome to the thread.

Man, that’s scary. The way the skull looks at you through the drink.

By the way, this is root beer.

You can get good bread by using a stand mixer. Bread machines are good too.

Using instant pots and air fryers can cut down on standing up.
