IMO that is one of the few genuinely positive things to come out of COVID: lots more people cook! I was cooking before the pandemic, but now that there’s a wider market for it it seems like a lot more unusual ingredients are much easier to find!Fun thread! I never considered baking until the lockdowns. We were in the store and the bread aisle was empty. I looked at my husband and said "I bet they have flour .. and yeast" .. and viola! my yeast bread baking interest began!
