What is your plan.
Dehydrate chunks of zucchini, and then Pulverize???

Wonder how things would work if you first Pureed in blender,, Squeezed out excess liquid,, and dehydrated that pulp.
Maybe shorter tine dehydrating??
I never dehydrated anything,, and have no equipment. Or know-how.
Just thinking of possible shortcuts.

Just pulled a plum cake with yeast dough and streusel out of the oven, hubby is going to „guy‘s“ night so they need food
