Here is another idea with different combinations of fruit.
Over the weekend, had some family over. I baked these Baking Powder raised cakes. Yes,,, same dough recipe as the pervious cakes I posted. Just showing the fruit used this time.
Apples, (cut to 1/4 inch size on mandolin slicer), Plums, and Green grapes. (cut in half)

Showing the dough consistency. I then dropped the apple pieces into dough, and mixed with the dough hook.

Thanks. I was worried it was an embryo for a moment. I was worried that I had a rooster in the flock somehow.
We have our furnace on here. Runs little. But is on.We are still running the AC here in the afternoon.
We may need to heat next week though!
