Any Home Bakers Here?

Baking more often since temps are cool.
Here is another idea with different combinations of fruit.
Over the weekend, had some family over. I baked these Baking Powder raised cakes. Yes,,, same dough recipe as the pervious cakes I posted. Just showing the fruit used this time.
Apples, (cut to 1/4 inch size on mandolin slicer), Plums, and Green grapes. (cut in half)

Showing the dough consistency. I then dropped the apple pieces into dough, and mixed with the dough hook.

Yes,,, there was on extra Nectarine hanging around, so used it as well.

Skewer stick came out dry. Cake sufficiently tanned

Thanks. I was worried it was an embryo for a moment. I was worried that I had a rooster in the flock somehow.
