Plum pecan bread is done, the dough was so soft I had trouble cutting it

Without a crust it is not a pie. If you want the filling only, cook it or heat it up in a pan on the stove.

Or you could just make a compote.

I wanted to make some rolls today, before Thanksgiving. You know, to make sure I remember how to make them. I also wanted to make bread.
The co-human has been asking for communion bread. It turns out there’s a special recipe the church uses for wheat crackers. It also turns out that the two women that make them are not using the proper flour. Anyway…
The dog is sick, so he needed something too.
Here are; King Hawaiian rolls and bread, sourdough bread, wheat crackers, and pumpkin rice. The KH bread got a bit dark, but I am sure it’s going to be good.
