Any Idea what this is?!?!?

I have 3 year old hens and I just cracked this egg to find this! Is it a parasite? Any help is apprecaited!!

I don’t really know. Usually meat or blood spots are common findings, and are safe to eat. Can you cut that object open and take another picture? @Wyorp Rock or @azygous, have you seen this in an egg? I have not heard of lash material inside an egg, but others may have an idea.

You got that right. In my older hens I saw a lot of meat spots, and those were the ones I cooked and fed to my chickens.

I immediately threw it away I was so grossed out. No way I would be able to cut it open
