Any microbiologists???

This is a follow up of a different question I posted. I had suspected canker but wanted to see if I could tell for sure. I have a microscope I don’t know much about. I believe this was at 400 power. I saw two of these in the swab I did but I do not have the exact right collectioninf things/supplies. Anyone familiar with identifying things?? Darn it. I tried it as a video and it won’t work.
