11 weeks old, pretty sure I have three females and one male but I'm worried about these tail feathers starting to arch!

Please give me good news!

Between 8-16 weeks they go through a new stage of feather growth. I wouldn't worry too much about slightly arching tail feathers too much. What you are looking for is sharp pointed saddle/hackle feathers as only Males will have these. They are generally shinier than regular feathers and saddle feathers hang over the saddle of the chicken's back above the base of the tail and the hackle feathers are over the neck. Females tend to have duller and rounded feathers all over. Hope that helps, so far, those look to be pullets <3

You don’t see development of those hackle and saddle feathers until older, what you are really looking at now is combs and wattles. Could you please post pictures for the black and barred birds that more clearly show there faces. The white and tan looks to be a pullet.

Between 8 and 16 weeks is when saddle/hackle feathers can begin to grow. My recent cockerels were obvious by 12 weeks but I think they were quick developers.

Sorry I meant more like no development now is not a sure sign of pullet but development of those feathers now can happen and would mean for sure cockrel.
