Anyone here have experience killing ringworm??

Lotrimin works good on humans. Not sure if it's safe for animals.

For animals scratch the crusty stuff off-if you haven't already-and appy either blue kote (becareful not to get it where you don't want it as it stains) or oil. Blue kote is an antifungical and oil with smoother it.

Ok, first off you cannot kill ringworm as it isn't a real worm! It is a fungal infection - and it can turn into a bacterial infection. MTG is good for some stuff but that honestly reeks like nothing else. Bleach will disinfect - not treat fungus very well. Bleach also irritates the skin. However, if you go to your pharmacy and get something in cream, spray or anything topical for athletes foot use that. Use it easily three times a day - on human and animal. What does the commercial say - Touth Acting Tinactin! LOL I have used this very sucessfully on humans (including kids), cats, dogs, and horses.

It's pencil, but that was when they were made with lead not graphite. A good antifungal like
Farmer Kitty and Country Mom said works really well. Call the vet before using it on the cats though.

I had ringworm one time from volunterring at an animal shelter..Anyway...It was on my stomach right beside my belly button and I used Clear fingernail polish!!! I wiped some on the spot 2 times a day and it was gone in a week!!

As you know ringworm is a fungus-not an actual worm. I have used sea salt and it's done the trick. Get the area wet, then pack on the sea salt, then cover with duck tape. Change every morning and night. It takes a while- but then it's gone for good. With fungus' you can also soak in apple cider vinegar. But then you are immobile for a while.

back in highschool it seemed there was always someone from either our wrestling team or another school's who had ringworm. seems lotrimin or either coating it thick with fingernail polish (go out past the outside edge of the aflliction). keep using the fingernail polish it should get rid of it.

Ringworm is a fungus. Anything that will treat yeast infection, jock itch, or athletes foot will cure ringworm. It must be applied at least 3 times a day. I had the fungus in my arm pits once. I don't remember it being hard to cure. Just stay vigilant and wash all pet & human bedding, clothes etc.

You will eventually win
