more than one color in its crest versus a regular type polish?
Reason I am asking is my friend lost her favorite rooster Fabio to a predator attack along with most of her flock. She only wants a Polish Rooster similiar to Fabio when they get their coop fixed and predator proofed.
Fabio had more than one color in his crest and tail feathers were similiar in color to her red sex link hens in that he would tuck his head down among the hens with his butt in the air when hiding from their top rooster Bubba. (Bubba also was taken)
I want to help her find another Polish rooster similiar to what she had. The guy that sold her Fabio is no longer in business. He told her that Fabio was a top hat Polish. I am not familiar with the breed so am not sure what this means. I have only seen Polish as Polish for sale. Can someone let me know what the difference is.
