I am looking at acquiring a pair of these, beautiful birds, glossy black with creasts on the back of the head. From what I am finding out they can be free ranged once they acclimate to a new home. So far I am not fining out much about them. I am located in Northern MI near Lake Huron.

Anyone who knows about them I'd appreciate hearing about these. The last pigeons that I have kept was 40 years ago, have kept a lot of other poultry since then though.

go to the npausa.com website there is a archangel club they are a color pigeon meaning they are bred for color most are on the wild side but are good breeders and easy to raise

Yes, the Archangel Club will be the best start. They are easy to raise in most every aspect, compared to other pigeons, nothing special needed. They could be free-flown, but watch out with the hawks!

Thanks, this pair seems fairly quiet, I am going to get them this Friday, picking up some turkey poults at the same time. This is a breed that I havent even seen anything on other then the name.

I will check out the link, thanks.
