Are my older chicks both boys? Any idea what colour my younger chicks will turn out?

I have two older chicks that are around 4 weeks old and almost fully feathered, any idea on gender? Also any reason why the white chick is so scraggly? I have 10 young chicks I’m wondering if anyone knows what colour they might turn out? They are all Pekin bantams and were sold as mixed colour, I’ll post a picture of each colour variation

The younger chicks are too little to tell.As for the white one being scraggly,is the other one picking on him? If not, I would check him for mites since they’re too little to molt.

I know the little chicks are too young to tell the gender, but are the older two? No he’s not being picked on, his feathers have been off since they started coming in on day 2

Some chicks take longer to get their feathers. I would say the grey one is an overachiever and the yellow/white one is at a more normal development for 4 weeks old. They don’t really look too different though

On a closer inspection the white one really does look like his wing feathers aren’t forming properly, they look like silky feathers, but hopefully he grows out of that, the grey chick did get his feathers very fast

Maybe just keep a close eye on that chick
