One is definitely a pullet. I'm not ywt convinced the other is male. They're mix breeds, mist likely of some local breeds you have in your country

Its father had similar color like this and the mother was exactly like the one on the left on the pic. That looks like it has male specific feathering. My guess is that it's either a Black Sexlink cross, an Orpington cross or potentially a cross between the two breeds.
Do you have any idea what the parents looked like?
Can we guess the gender now?It maybe a cockerel.
Most likely a mixed breed.

I am very confused about this one right here whether it's a pullet or cockerel
I think I'm seeing some male specific feathers on the neck, I'm thinking cockerel. Can we guess the gender now?
I'm have no prior chicken experience but the thing is, this one got a voice change before the other one. Although both of them were born on the same day, and the development of this one was slow at the start and kicked off after 2 months and had a voice change before the other one. The other one still sounds like a 2 days old chick.OK, now I am leaning cockerel on this one

P.S. this one got the voice change first before the other one. The other one still sounds like a 2 days old chick.
I heard most of the single comb chickens grow combs and wattles from a very young age like after 5-6 weeks. But this one got after 2 months and has a single comb too. Is it possible that some single comb roosters develop their combs and wattles very late compared to the ordinary ones? If it wasn't about the voice change, I wouldn't have got in confusion. It's 50-50 at this point.I'm leaning cockerel.
The voice change could be a sign of a boy.
Cockerels can feather in slower than pullets.I'm have no prior chicken experience but the thing is, this one got a voice change before the other one.
