Are these lice/mites? Best course for treatment?

wyorp...you mentioned using Ivermectin (may I ask if you happen to know the dosage and instruction for the giving the injectable form (but in any manner besides injection?) and Elector PSP... Excessive and I had a thread we were discussing she had broken it down to I believe 700 ml or something like that for the PSP mixture and I can't seem to find the thread anywhere I looked in my dick bookmarks past messages I even did searches multiple times on the main page of this app and still can't seem to find it... So perhaps you can help me figure out what it is or direct me in the correct place to find that breakdown of I'm almost positive she had calculated it out giving the 700 or 750 ml? Thank you in advance for your time.

Ivermectin dosing can be found here, it will treat Mites, but you still need to clean out and treat housing.

Ivermectin is helpful in treating Poultry Mites since the mites feed on blood, but it's not very effective in treating Lice (Louse) since those mainly feed on feather debris, skin, etc.
