Baby chick eye problems?

I have this salmon faverolle who's almost 3 weeks and she's been different from day 1. I thought she'd pass the first night but I have a broody mama raising them and she's keeping her fed and growing. However, every day her eyes get goopy and I have to wipe them clean, which takes awhile cause it's caked on. What would be causing this? The other 5 chicks are fine. I dont see any bugs, she eats a ton and her crop is very full but seems to empty every night. Thank you!

Terramycin from your feed store is very good as well. You may need to ask a clerk for it, as they lock it up. Use the Neosporin or Terramycin 2-3 times a day after cleaning off the eyes with a warm clean damp cloth. This could be from pecking of the eyes, or possibly from a respiratory disease. Tylosin in the water can treat respiratory diseases. Here is where to find that if you don’t have a vet:
