Baby chick had weird knot and its leg is messed up

We found one of my baby chicks that hatched about a month ago injured. It's still eating, drinking and pooping normally. I found a knot on the baby chick and it looks like it's leg is broke or popped out of place at the joint. I have been giving it poulty nutri-drench. It seems to be helping a lot. The knot that I found looked like a bruise but has went down since I started the vitamins. Can anyone help me diagnose this chick? I want to make sure it's not spraddle leg. It is starting to put more pressure on the leg so I'm not really sure what's going on.

I agree with you about the leg. Splayed legs is both legs sort of doing the splits.

Here's a helpful article to treat legs out of joint. If it's starting to walk normally, I'd let it go though. The vitamins may be helping that too.
