Chick must have tried to get on top the water container and got stuck. We (my 9 year) found her upside down hanging by the leg or legs. My daughter has been holding her to keep it calm. My daughter said when she tries to touch her legs she'll wiggle off it the best it can, shake when touched, but if held she'll fall asleep.

Chick is sleepy. Does not want to be put down at all. I don't know how to tell if it's broken, dislocated, whatever else.

Alignment on the lower leg looks okay. Hips might be another issue but her feathers make it hard to see. Keep in mind that it will take time, being hung is really hard on the heart and brain. Give her time to rest, provide food, water, and heat if needed. Good luck!

Welcome!
If she was cold, put her under your heat lamp or brooder plate to warm up. Offer a little sugar water, and you could drip a tiny bit into her mouth IF she's aware and swallowing only!
Don't give up, and don't overhandle, but warmth and warm fluids carefully done may do the best for her.
Mary
