Hi,
I have a flock of chicken, which I provide feed for and are also allowed to graze around within an ample space that is covered with different types of grasses and shrubs.
I know that an adult chicken eats between 100 grams to about 120grams. So, if a chicken can graze as they wish, is it ok if I reduce the quantity of feeds I provide? If so, what grams of feed per chicken are acceptable?

My hens only Free Range an hour before sunset daily, but have access to dry Crumble feed all day. 20200923_051148_resized.jpg . Yeah, there's a hanging feeder past them fluffy butts. That's them chowing down breakfast after turning on the lights.

In the summer they consume about 100 grams/3.5 ounces each. During a heatwave less feed, 35c/90s Fahrenheit.
During winter they consume about 150 grams/5.3 ounces each. Even more feed during extreme cold, -10c/ teens Fahrenheit.

They also get Scratch Grains scattered in their pen.
One tablespoon each in the summer, two tablespoons each in cooler seasons. GC
