bantam chicks Hatched to early!!

One of my chicks Hatched afew days early. She has this red sack attached to her bottom. She is moving, eating and drinking with no problems. I have her separated in an incubator cause the other chicks were pecking at the red bulge. she is now 2days old.

What is it and what can I do to help the chick?

It sounds like an unabsorbed yolk sack from hatching too soon. Do you have a photo? If she isn't in any distress, keep her comfy and give her some TLC. At least, this is what I would do.

It is now a dryed hard thing. Will it fall off on its own?

Chick is still doing good, definitely the smallest of the bunch tho.

Has it shrunk any as it dried? It should fall off if that is what it is. Don't pull it, it could hurt her organs.

It hasn't shrunk really, it's gotten a little bit shriveled up tho.

On her belly, but real close to the vent. Not blocking the vent tho. She is pooping just fine.

I guess I'll give it a few days and see what happens. Hopefully it goes away soon!
