Bantum or not? Hen or roo?

I'm not sure if this is a bantum or not. We got it out a bin while picking up some other chicks bc of the coloring. They didn't know what it was. It's 2.5 months old and it's a decent size for its age and is similar to 2 other ones same age, that i know are normal hens. Maybe slightly smaller but not much. Is this a bantum or regular(what breed) and is it a hen or rooster? All my other ones have crowed but this one hasn't yet so I am hoping hen. It looks really cool either way!

I'm going with it being a cockerel.
Looks like a.silkie mix. I know some hatcheries cross silkies with other breeds but I'm not familiar with what they're calling any of them.

It does have an extra toe and it's comb and eyes have always been darker. I was thinking cockeral but just in denial lol

I agree, it's a cockerel. Silkie mix sounds good
