The first time I busted my girls getting feather picked was just after they had gone into roost and it wasn't completely dark yet. You could definitly try some rearranging of the roosts. The second time I busted my feather picker was when my girls were out foraging around in the yard. Just keep a good eye out and try not to let it get to a point were there is blood showing.
