Barnyard Mix What Possible Breeds?

Hello. I have two chickens that are 6-7 months old. The rooster is mutli colored, mostly yellow/brown. The hen is black with a green sheen, and brown next feathers. I purchased straight run barnyard chicks for my first flock. Any help identifying is greatly appreciated.

They’re very pretty! A x2 on where did you get them? Does the female lay eggs? Can you post a picture and/or describe it? The rooster has barring and his stance, colouring as well as other factors lead me to think that there’s some barred rock in him but obviously he has other things as well. The hen could be a number of breeds and the egg thing would definitely help me and others with possibilities.

I'd guess the rooster is a barred rock/rhode island red cross, or maybe a beilefeder cross. The hen looks like a black sex link cross.

No eggs yet. I just went back to double check the age. We got them in the beginning of June as small chicks. So roughly 5 months or so. We got them for an elderly urban farmer from down the road.

I feel like the rooster is NOT a mix. Becuase my friend got a rooster just like that as a mystery chick from McMurray. I think it’s like a Bielefelder or something
