I don't know the answer, but I did notice your question is in the wrong thread. It might get a response in the emergencies & diseases thread. Personally I would use a product designed to treat mites & worms.A friend of mine asked me if we can use these two products on our chickens to kill mites and worms. I do not know the answer. Do you?
AGREENot a good idea! Only permethrin, pyrethrum, and spinosad are approved for use on chickens in the USA, and fenbendazole for intestinal parasites.
Using products designed for pet species on food producing animals is not a good approach at all! Those eggs will carry products, sometimes for a long time.
