Yeah I think he liked the whipped egg whites on top but not the pumpkin partLooks like he's unsure if it's good or not.
I've never offered pumpkin to my dogs. I can't imagine they would enjoy it. I do make them scrambled eggs every morning.Yeah I think he liked the whipped egg whites on top but not the pumpkin part
Which I should have known because I remembered later that I’ve given him pumpkin before and he did the same thing (couple licks or bites then stopped if he tried it at all) LOL
Whoops
But yet human pumpkin food like muffins are delicious
But anyways, if your dog likes pumpkin, it’s super easy and yummy (for them).
It’s just:
1/2 cup pumpkin (not pie filling with spices, just plain pumpkin. I used canned but fresh would probably work)
2 egg yolks
A little bit of water
2 egg whites
Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl or something and then whisk the egg whites up in a separate bowl until foamy. Pour the foam (egg whites) on top of the pumpkin mixture. Top with whatever treat you want. OP used crumbled dried beef lung but you could used a Milkbone or a Beggin Strip or really anything you want. Or nothing if you don’t want to. Give to the dog. That’s it. LOL
