Best bug spray for ducks?

Hey all, my duck Penguin recently recovered from being very sick. I just went out today to check on her and she has bugs all over her face, I checked my other ducks and a few of them have these bugs. I sprayed the ducks and the area down with permethrin, and ordered this bird bug spray on amazon, but if anybody knows could you tell me the best products to deal with this?

Those look like stick tight fleas. Maybe dab a q tip in the spray and gently, carefully, sweep under the eye.
