#1-5 are chicks that we recieved "Barnyard Breed" from a lady who collect the baby chicks after the eggs have hatched at schools/nursing homes etc. I don't know these breeds or genders. I would appreciate your best guesses. I don't have many chickens with combs (most have pea combs) so these all scream rooster to me. I am think 3 of these are roosters (Rainbow, Margarine, Mabel?)
#6-9 we bought Ameraucana chicks, though from reading these forums I understand they are likely EEs. Best Guesses on whether they are EEs and their genders would be appreciated. (I suspect #8 is a Roo)
Due to being a first time chicken owner as well as having 3 young children we have decided it is best to learn chickens with roosters not involved.
Thanks in advance! I am eager to learn from experienced people!
Also, chickens are hard to take good pictures of!
