Sarah has a huge belly/chest and I’m wondering if something is wrong. She’s my sweetheart and favorite, please help!

That is her crop, a pouch that stores food before it’s digested.

It does look large, but you will not know if it’s an issue (impacted or sour crop) until you find out whether it empties overnight as they normally do.
You can check this by letting your flock pass a normal night (assuming you do not usually give them food at night) and in the morning, before she has access to any food or water, gently feel Sarah’s crop to see if it is still full of food. If you are not used to checking for a full crop, maybe feel another hen’s empty crop first to notice the difference :)

If it is full, try to notice what the material inside feels like: heavy stuff similar to “wet sand,” stringy fibers, a hard ball, air, etc.

Welcome. It appears to be a pendulous crop. That is when the crop has become overly full for awhile, and has lost its muscle tone. Do check to see if it empties by early morning before she eats or drinks. The article that LaFleche post 4 gave is good for crop problems. A crop bra is something that can be used to prevent overeating.
