Is this girl a black copper maran she has feathers feet?

They lay eggs that are the color of number 4

Could be a cochin mix though only breeder quality marans lay dark eggs.

Feathered feet are not exclusive to brahmas. Silkies, cochins, sultans, langshans, faverolles, and French marans all have feathered feet. Any bird that is part one of those breeds CAN (but not guaranteed) also have feathered feet.

Brahmas have a pea comb, silkies a walnut comb (many of the mixes don't), sultans a V-comb, and the others have straight combs.

Marans come in both feather-footed and clean leg varieties. Those with French in the name are supposed to be the feather-footed ones.
